Terms of Service

Product terms for using RpcNode managed Full Node RPC — plans, acceptable use, and billing.

Effective: August 3, 2026 · RpcNode (rpcnode.dev)

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the RpcNode managed Full Node RPC platform available at rpcnode.dev and related developer tools (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

References to “RpcNode”, “we”, or “us” mean the operator of the RpcNode product. These Terms are a practical product agreement; they do not invent a separate legal entity name beyond the product brand.

2. The Service

RpcNode provides HTTPS JSON-RPC access to managed full nodes (for example Tron, Ethereum, and other supported networks), unique endpoint URLs, usage plans with credits and rate limits (RPS), and a developer cabinet to manage endpoints and billing.

The Service is full-node RPC access as configured for each network — not a guarantee of archive-node depth, unlimited history, or every method on every chain. Features, networks, and limits may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials, endpoint URLs, API access, and all activity under your account. Keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate registration information. We may restrict or refuse accounts that use disposable, temporary, or abusive email addresses, or that otherwise violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with network rules. You must not:

  • abuse rate limits, attempt to bypass plan quotas, or overload infrastructure;
  • probe, scan, or attack the Service or related systems;
  • resell or redistribute access in a way that violates your plan or these Terms;
  • use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, or abuse of blockchain networks;
  • interfere with other customers’ use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, or risk to the platform or other users.

5. Plans, fees, and non-refundable purchases

Paid tariffs and plans are billed according to the pricing shown in the cabinet or on our pricing pages. Unless required by applicable law, fees for purchased plans and paid periods are non-refundable.

Unused credits, unused RPS capacity, or early cancellation do not create a right to a cash refund. Plan changes take effect according to the billing rules shown at purchase or in the cabinet.

6. Availability and downtime compensation

We aim for reliable Service operation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, upstream network issues, provider outages, and force majeure may affect availability.

If a material outage of the RpcNode Service occurs and you hold an active paid plan, our sole compensation (unless mandatory law requires otherwise) is to extend your paid period by a reasonable amount corresponding to the disruption — not a cash refund or credit withdrawal.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from blockchain network behavior, third-party infrastructure, incorrect RPC usage, or your application logic. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to RpcNode for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim, or zero if you use only a free plan.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we publish a revision. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.
